Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at koruphotodesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of the print. Take photos of the shipment box BEFORE you open it since sometimes only the box is damaged but not the piece. We may request to have the order returned to us and we would provide a shipping label in that case. Once the box is opened, please take photographs of the damage and email them to us.
